The most important advice I give to others is lead with sincere curiosity. When you take a genuine interest in how something works or what shapes someone’s thinking, it often opens the door to unexpected insights and more meaningful relationships.
I define success as achieving outcomes that reflect rigorous analysis, the collective strength of a team working toward something bigger than themselves, and the discipline to make the harder, better choice when it matters most.
I joined Cranemere because after working across growth, buyout, and public markets, I was drawn to Cranemere’s structure and philosophy. It is a model built for long-term value creation and reflects how I believe the best partnerships and companies are built.
I like working with founders and entrepreneurs because they are deeply invested in what they are building and often navigating moments of inflection. I find it rewarding to be a partner as they chart their next chapter while staying true to what makes their business distinctive.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my wife and our dog, trying to master the one-handed backhand, or cooking up a new recipe.
