Cranemere has announced the formation of an Executive Leadership Group (ELG), which has responsibility for the firm’s day-to-day management, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to long-term stewardship, operational excellence, and disciplined growth.
The ELG is comprised of Bernardo Hees, Vivake Bhalla, Jeff Case, and Evan Farber, whose combined experience spans decades of leadership across global operating companies, private equity, finance, and corporate governance.
Bernardo Hees joined Cranemere in 2024 and brings an exceptional track record of executive leadership, with other roles including Executive Chairman of Avis Budget Group, Chief Executive Officer of The Kraft Heinz Company, Chief Executive Officer of Burger King Worldwide Holdings, Inc., and Partner at 3G Capital.
Vivake Bhalla, Cranemere’s Chief Financial Officer, has been with the firm since its inception and has played a central role in building the organization’s financial and operational foundation.
Jeff Case joined Cranemere in early 2025 following a distinguished 24-year career at Advent International, where he led investments and partnered with management teams across multiple industry sectors and stages of growth.
Evan Farber has served as Cranemere’s General Counsel since 2019, providing strategic legal counsel and governance leadership across the firm’s transaction-related activities.
Together, the Executive Leadership Group combines complementary expertise in operations, investing, finance, and legal strategy, ensuring continuity of leadership while advancing Cranemere’s mission of building exceptional businesses for the long term.
