What motivates me the most is the opportunity to build great businesses alongside passionate entrepreneurs who care deeply about not only profit generation, but also making positive and meaningful impacts on people, communities and the environment. Social and environmental impact is core to Cranemere’s values and we believe businesses that are leaders in these areas will outperform their peers over the long term. Since I’ve joined Cranemere, I have seen firsthand how business can be a force for good.

If I weren’t in finance, I would be a nature documentary filmmaker. Given the rapid changes to our world due to climate change, habitat destruction, pollution and overextraction of natural resources, I think it is more important than ever to educate people on the value of nature and the importance of protecting our environment – and to inspire action.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and beloved pup, Freddy, experimenting with new recipes and working with local organizations to help improve student literacy. I also love to travel – there is no better way to broaden your perspective than to immerse yourself in new environments and cultures.
